Deviot
Deviot is a small Tamar River community north of Gravelly Beach, with a mix of waterfront homes, established houses and larger lifestyle properties. River access, views and the surrounding Tamar Valley landscape are key attractions, while Exeter provides the nearest major shops and everyday services. The area is considerably smaller than Launceston's suburban markets, and individual properties can differ substantially in land size, outlook and waterfront access.
